Refund policy

All Vorpo posters are made to order through our print partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse. If your poster arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 14 days of delivery at vorpodesigns.store@gmail.com with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or full refund. Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if production hasn't yet started — contact us as soon as possible after ordering.
